Botswana offers amazing wildlife and animal viewing opportunities.

Botswana is one of the best places to go on safari in Southern Africa, offering some of the best wildlife viewing on the planet, particularly around the Chobe River Delta and Okavango. While the Chobe River, the Central Kalahari Wilderness Reserve, and Okavango Delta are among some of Botswana’s most famous and sought-after safari destinations, there are also some interesting places to visit, which tell a story about the cultures and history of this ancient land.

Botswana has a strong, genuine dedication to nature and conservation: thanks to ecotourism, Botswana has been able to turn Botswana from being one of Africa’s poorest countries into a place with a growing middle class and growing GDP. Botswana is really one of Africa’s last intact wild areas, and a lot of credit must go to the government for protecting that wildness with conservation efforts.
