Jerusalem is considered the holiest city in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

Jerusalem is a city full of religion, belief, food, and picturesque streets, but also a city of great culture. Jerusalem is Israel's most populous city and remains sacred to Jews, Muslims, and Christians. Jerusalem is a diverse, dynamic, and dynamic city that mixes old and new in many ways. One of the oldest cities in the world, Jerusalem is a place that will not disappoint and is a must-stop on any Israel itinerary. Jerusalem is one of those cities that you want to return to repeatedly. Visiting Jerusalem is often viewed as a day trip from Tel Aviv, but if you stay in Jerusalem longer, you will have many experiences as you explore the city and neighbouring areas of Israel. Whether you are visiting historic sites or the new and innovative neighbourhoods of Jerusalem, you will have no problem filling your day while visiting Jerusalem. One of the most famous sites in Jerusalem is the Western Wall Square in the Old City, which at any time of the day is crowded with people of all faiths, praying, meditating, or simply admiring this beautiful ancient place. The Mount of Olives is fascinating to visit and has an electrifying atmosphere with Orthodox Jews rocking back and forth in prayer at the Western Wall. The Temple Mount is the holiest site for Jews and the site where the Western Wall is enclosed, the third most important site in Islam and an important site for Christians. Visiting hours are extremely limited and the queues can be long to get on the Temple Mount, but it is worth it to see the Temple Mount. Within these walls are many of Jerusalem's most important and popular sites, such as the Temple Mount, the Western Wall, and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Known by some as the Jerusalem Citadel, the Tower of David offers some of the best views of Jerusalem's Old City and is a breath-taking place to visit. The Tower of David is located to the right of the gates of the Old City of Jerusalem and is a citadel with a beautiful view of Jerusalem. Another controversial site due to its location in an illegal Israeli settlement, the City of David is one of Jerusalem's most important archaeological sites. The City of David is constantly being excavated and new discoveries surface regularly, testifying to the way of life, religion and culture of the people who inhabit the area. Although part of the Jewish Quarter was bombed and destroyed during the 1948 Arab Israeli War, most of it has been rebuilt, giving it a newer appearance than many other parts of Jerusalem. Located in the 14th century Khan Sultan, the Muslim Quarter offers incredible rooftop views of the Holy City of Jerusalem and is one of the best places to visit in Jerusalem. The most notable sights of the Temple Mount are the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock and visiting them is one of the best things to do in Jerusalem. Walking along the Western Wall is one of the best things to do in Jerusalem. The Western Western Wall, also known as HaKotel in Hebrew, is one of the must-see places when visiting Jerusalem or Israel. Some other places should also be honoured, most notably the Museum of Bible Lands, the 99 Tourist Bus, which takes a two-hour tour of Jerusalem's top attractions, and Ben Yehuda Street, which is huge walking centre and wonderful place for shopping and people watching. Another interesting thing to do in Jerusalem is to leave Jerusalem, from which you can easily visit many places such as Masada, Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea, Bethlehem, and Hebron. Take a break from the sights and hustle and bustle of city life and visit Masada, Ein Gedi, and the Dead Sea on a transfer service from Jerusalem. Visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Way of Pain, and the Wailing Wall on our Jerusalem, Dead Sea, and Bethlehem day trip, with stops at the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem and the Dead Sea.
