Menorca is one of the best places for beaches and nature.

One of the best things to do in Menorca is to explore the historic centre of Ciutadela. Under the rule of the Moors, Byzantines, British and Spaniards, the city's stunning limestone architecture, with palaces, cathedrals, arches, and squares, was shaped by the city's past. It is in the western part of Menorca, with a small natural harbour that connects directly to the medieval old town. While driving through this important spot-on Menorca, you can swim on its crystal-clear beaches and the nearby Binisaful Beach, Binisafuya Beach or Binidali Beach. There is no better way to end the day than turning off the lights at one of Menorca’s best beaches. If you want to know what to do in Menorca on the weekend, a little further north, but close to the capital, is Son Bou Beach. On the northern coast of Menorca, one of the most famous beaches is Cala Pregonda, with its characteristic red sand and cliffs on this side of the island. There are two attractions in the immediate vicinity of Son Bou Beach on the island of Menorca: Torre den Galmes and Torralba den Salort. Beaches, boat trips, water parks ... All the best things to do in Menorca have to do with water on this beautiful little island in the middle of the Balearic Sea. Unsurprisingly, for family fun, Menorca has some of the best water parks in the Balearic Islands. You can find them scattered all over the coast, but if you had to pick one, Splash Sur Menorca is the winner. If you are interested in a small adventure, Cala Tortuga is one of the most remote beaches on this side of Menorca. But starting from Cala Galdana, there are two paths leading to the beautiful, quiet beach, allowing you to feel the atmosphere of Menorca. One of Menorca’s most famous beaches is Cala Galdana, because it has been well developed here. There is no doubt that many travellers to Menorca are attracted here by their dream of beaches and family atmosphere. But far from the tranquil resorts, the Balearic Islands offer a surprisingly diverse range of entertainment options. This is a must for me to see when I am on the island, and it is nice to spend a lazy day and evening wandering the historic streets and looking at the different bars that you like.
