Visit the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, also known as the Chen Clan Academy, in Guangzhou's Liwan District. Built in 1893 during the Qing Dynasty, this shared ancestral shrine was funded by Chen clans from 72 counties across Guangdong Province. Its 19 buildings are linked by covered corridors with scattered courtyards. Ornaments on roofs, beams, and walls depict historical tales and folk auspicious motifs, fully representing exquisite Lingnan craftsmanship.
