There are 3 choices according to famous shooting area：Westlake、Hefang street & Xiaohe street.
Here are the reception steps:
First, we will contact you promptly to help you make an appointment for the specific shooting time and answer any questions.
Then, we will arrive at the store at the agreed time, sign in and confirm the package information again.
Step 1: Selecting Hanfu:
Assistance from the costume designer: A professional costume designer will recommend and assist you in trying on multiple sets of Hanfu based on your preferences, body characteristics, shooting style, and the range of clothing grades included in the package. Final selection: Select 1 or more sets (depending on the package) for shooting.
Step 2: Makeup and styling:
Communication with the makeup artist: Tell the makeup artist your preferences (such as whether you want a glamorous makeup or a fresh and elegant look), whether you have skin sensitivity, and the hairstyle you want (loose hair, bun, complex hair bun, etc.). The makeup artist will create a matching makeup based on the style of the Hanfu you choose and the shooting theme.
Step 3: Shooting process:
Communication with the photographer: Before or during the shooting, communicate your ideas (preferred angle, posture, expression style, feeling to convey). Guidance from the photographer: Professional photographers will guide you on how to pose naturally and gracefully in ancient style (standing, sitting, lying, walking, holding a fan, playing the lute, reading, etc.), manage your expressions (eye contact, smile), and teach you how to use props (fans, umbrellas, books, lanterns, swords, pipa, etc.).
Step 3: Selecting photos:
Normally, after the shooting, we will return to the experience center for the initial screening: The photographer will provide you with all the original negatives (usually unretouched raw negatives) for you to browse.
Selection and refinement: Within the specified number of refined prints in the package, select the photos you are most satisfied with.
The photo selector may assist you and provide suggestions (if you want to increase the number of refined prints or upgrade the photo album, additional fees are required, and it is mainly based on the on-site situation).
Finally, we will send you the photos within one week, via email, Baidu Netdisk, etc.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
