Explore the authenticity of Azerbaijani food culture through our immersive cooking workshop. Enjoy the preparation of local meals, finalized with a tea ceremony served with local sweets.
This workshop is a unique opportunity to deep dive into our culture and cuisine and provide you with an exquisite masterclass. Together with your truly local chef Yegana you will prepare three course dinner/lunch at a local apartment out of city center and enjoy your delicious preparations with home made “kompot” fruit drink. After, enjoy a few glasses of black Azerbaijani tea with local pastries in a company of your chef and translator tour guide.

We will pick you up from your accommodation and take you directly to a suburb of Baku, where your chef Yegana will meet you at the top floor of a Soviet block building. She will give you a detailed information what vegetables, spices and oils are to be prepared beforehand. After, get deeper into the art of creating wonders with specific recipes that are passed from generation to generation. Additionally, you will receive a meticulously crafted recipe booklet, so you can have all your recipes with you even after this tour.
