Our cut-off time is 15 minutes — once we’re heading to the water, late guests unfortunately won’t be able to join. Please be on time
Meeting Point – Shelly Beach Meet at the wooden benches next to the bike racks, directly in front of The Boathouse Shelly Beach café (the only restaurant at Shelly Beach). Look for our logo signs as we display two different signs with the Snorkelling Shelly Beach logo so you can spot us easily. Your guides will be waiting there 10 minutes before start time. Can’t find us? Use the contact number in your booking confirmation and we’ll guide you in.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
