Please book using your real name. Bring the same passport used for booking when entering. If a visitor cannot board for reasons other than force majeure, the scenic area will not be responsible for changes or refunds.

If the cruise cannot operate or you cannot board due to force majeure, please proceed to the cruise pier to reschedule or apply for a refund.

Travel tip: To avoid missing the cruise departure, it is recommended to take the cruise first and then visit the tower. The cruise lasts about 45 minutes.

Due to tidal influences, adjustments to cruise departure times are described in the supplementary notes. Please arrive at the pier 15 minutes before departure. The time selected at the time of purchase is the cruise departure time.

Tickets are valid only for the travel date and departure time selected at purchase. Expired tickets will be void. Single-use only.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
