On day one, visit the Humble Administrator's Garden, one of Suzhou’s four famous gardens and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire its classical Jiangnan architecture. Then, explore Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, known as “China’s No. 1 Water Town,” with its Ming and Qing dynasty buildings.
On day two, visit Hanshan Temple, one of China’s top ten temples, famous for its bell tower and the poem “A Night Mooring by Maple Bridge.” Then, see Fengqiao Bridge, a granite arch bridge with a history of over 1,400 years. Finally, visit the Suzhou Museum, designed by architect I.M. Pei, blending modern and traditional styles.
