Continue to the winemaking cellar, where the fermentation and aging processes in steel tanks are explained. The tour continues in the barrel cellar, with an in-depth look at aging in large barrels and the production of SassodiSole's main labels.
At the end of the tour, you will go to the tasting room for a guided tasting of the estate's wines. Depending on the option chosen, you can taste various wines, including Spumante Rosato, Orcia DOC, Rosso di Montalcino DOC and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG.
