After passing through the fourth-floor international departure security check, take the APM (Automated People Mover) to Terminal 3-E. Go through the border inspection channel, then go straight for approximately 50 meters behind the red "Information" counter, and take the exclusive elevator for the "Capital Airport Frequent Flyer Lounge" down to the lounge on the first floor.
