The hot air balloon ride's height is adjusted based on weather conditions.Hot air balloon sunrise and sunset departure times are subject to adjustment based on daily conditions.The activity will be cancelled in case of rain, wind force above level 3, snowfall, or other adverse weather conditions.
If the activity is cancelled one day in advance due to bad weather, customers will receive a full refund.
