Day 1: Arrival and West Lake

Your private driver and English-speaking guide will welcome you at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. After boarding your private vehicle, head directly to Hangzhou’s most cherished landmark — West Lake.
You can try a scenic boat cruise on the shimmering waters that have inspired poets and painters for centuries. Back on land, stroll along the Broken Bridge, a graceful stone bridge with a poignant name — legend has it that the White Snake and her human lover Xu Xian bid each other farewell on this very bridge.
Next, visit Leifeng Pagoda, a rebuilt five-story octagonal tower that offers the finest panoramic view of West Lake. From its top-floor observation deck, see the entire lake spread out like a traditional Chinese painting.
As evening approaches, your guide will take you to Hefang Street, a historic pedestrian street that has been a bustling commercial hub since the Southern Song Dynasty. Here, wander past traditional medicine shops, tea houses, and stalls selling local snacks such as osmanthus cakes, stinky tofu, and Longjing tea-flavored ice cream.

Day 2: Lingyin Temple and Longjing Village

After breakfast, your guide and driver will take you to Lingyin Temple, one of China‘s most significant Buddhist temples, founded over 1,600 years ago. Nestled among lush forests, the temple complex is known for its tranquil atmosphere, ancient architecture, and the legendary Feilai Peak.
In the afternoon, travel to Longjing Village (Dragon Well Village), the birthplace of China‘s most celebrated green tea. Nestled among terraced tea plantations, this serene village has been producing Dragon Well tea for over 1,200 years. Try picking tea leaves alongside local farmers, a hands-on cultural experience. Day 3: Xixi National Wetland Park and Departure
On your final day, after hotel checkout, your guide and driver will take you to Xixi National Wetland Park, a lush wetland ecosystem just 5 kilometers from West Lake, often called Hangzhou‘s ‘green lung‘. This national 5A-rated scenic area combines urban, agricultural, and cultural wetland elements into a breathtaking landscape described as ‘a winding stream, a wisp of smoke‘. It was also a filming location for the movie If You Are the One.
In the afternoon, stroll along Hezhu Street, a charming lane filled with local snack shops selling Xixi Dingsheng cake and lotus root starch. Don’t miss the ‘Xixi Qie Liuliu‘ Instagram wall for a fun souvenir photo.
As your tour concludes, your private driver will be waiting to take you directly to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) for your departure flight.
