Description

Walk on the world’s longest glass bridge, hike through the Grand Canyon, and explore Zhangjiajie’s largest night market on this guided tour.
Begin your adventure with a convenient pickup from your hotel in Zhangjiajie. Head to the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, the world’s longest and highest glass bridge. Walk across the bridge, 300 meters above the valley, and take in panoramic views of the canyon. Learn about the bridge’s aerospace-grade glass structure and the poetic meaning of “Yuntiandu” (“Bridge that connects the clouds”).

Next, enjoy a lunch break at your own expense around “Canyon Restaurant,” offering local Tujia specialties like pickled radish, sticky rice cake, and smoked sausage. Your guide can help with dietary requests.

After lunch, embark on a scenic hike through the canyon. Descend via trails such as “One-Line Sky” and “Heavenly Ladder Walkway.” Capture rainbow views at Rainbow Waterfall and learn about quartz sandstone erosion at Shenquan Gorge. Visit ancient Tujia sites at Wu King Slope and relax at rest pavilions.

Then, take a 20-minute scenic boat ride at the canyon’s base, enjoying the reflection of cliffs on emerald waters. After some free time for photos or rest, return to the city and get a preview of Xinmatou Night Market City, Zhangjiajie’s largest night bazaar.

In the evening, explore the night market with your guide, discovering must-try local dishes like Tujia-style grilled squid and pork belly, San Xiaguo Hotpot, and Sweet Rice Cake (Tangyou Baba). Enjoy the lively atmosphere and occasional street performances. Afterward, return to your hotel.
