IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Admission to the Burj Khalifa is scheduled for a specific time slot. Once inside, feel free to remain as long as you wish; visitors typically spend about 40-45 minutes enjoying the observatory.
Given its popularity, be prepared for a wait of 15 to 30 minutes for the elevator.
Large bags are not allowed inside but can be stored at the entrance. Personal items like cameras are permitted, but commercial photography is prohibited.
Adults must be accompanied by a child to enter KidZania
Children above 120 centimeters in height can be left on their own inside KidZania. However, in this case, an adult or guardian (17 years or older) must be present at the KidZania entrance for check-in

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
