Cairns' night sky is far too beautiful to simply look at - it deserves to be captured. On this stargazing photo tour, a professional photographer takes stunning shots of you and your group under a blanket of southern stars.
We'll also teach you how to take great night-sky photos with just your smartphone, so you can keep capturing memories long after the tour ends. Along the way, your Japanese-speaking guide will explain the constellations and stars unique to the southern hemisphere.
Duration: about 2 to 3 hours. We choose the best viewing spot based on the day's weather, with a 20-50 minute drive to get there.
Pickup time: around 6:30-7:30 PM (varies by season and moon phase).
Transport: free round-trip pickup from Cairns city hotels.
Guide: accompanied by our experienced Japanese-speaking guide.
If the weather turns bad on the day, you can cancel for free at no charge.

Please dress warmly, as temperatures can drop significantly at night, even in Cairns. There are no restroom facilities at the stargazing site, so please use the restroom before departure. Bookings must be made by 4:00 PM on the day of the tour; requests made after this cut-off time will be confirmed directly with you by our team

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
