Check-in at the Hopo Ferry Kiosk, located in Appel Park, at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time
You will receive one voucher for the two experiences
The TransLink Go Explore Card will be provided to you when you check-in at the Hopo Kiosk for your all day hop-on hop-off ferry pass
Flexible Booking Made Easy - When booking online, there is no need to lock in a date or time, simply choose any ferry departure from the schedule on the day you wish to travel
Cancellations are accepted 24 hours before departure without penalty. The payment is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date
Please check in at the "Hopo Ferry Kiosk" in Surfers Paradise. The kiosk is located in Appel Park.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
