Its name was imposed by the similarity of the summit towers with a gothic cathedral. During the winter, its winter sports center Antonio M. Lynch offers national and international skiing and snowboarding, including competitions for professionals and amateurs, and other snow-related disciplines.
This ski center has all the necessary infrastructure and services that place it on an equal footing with the most famous ski slopes in Europe. From the base there are several lifts that lead to different platforms, which have cafeterias and restaurants for all requirements. The total descent can be made by skiing (during the winter) on the different slopes, by cable car or by chairlift. During the other seasons of the year some lifts are not active, but this mountain becomes a perfect setting for outdoor walks and trekking.
