Tirana: Bovilla Lake & Gamti Mountain with 4x4 SUV, Day Tour

Let's go and enjoy one of the most visited areas closest to Tirana, where the beauty of Mount Gamti is reflected in Lake Bovilla. The guide will accompany you step by step during this journey.
The journey will begin with an SUV waiting for you at the meeting point, which will provide you with a pleasant and smooth journey lasting about 1.5 hours.

Along the way, we will first stop at a local market where you can buy snacks/drinks (alcohol is not allowed) and use the free toilets/restrooms.

We continue the journey, where we will later make another 10-minute stop at Boville Canyon to take some photos.

After this stop, we head towards our final destination, where the lake dam proudly appears and Lake Boville slowly begins to appear.

As we approach Lake Boville, the real experience will begin.

Thanks to the SUV, we will be able to avoid a good part of the difficulty of the climb, and we will park on the so-called "Balcony of Boville" from which the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains becomes clearer. There is also a bar-restaurant there that you can use later for your needs.

Upon arrival there, we disembark and begin our journey on foot towards Gamti Mountain. The journey can take 20-maximum 30 minutes in the ascent.

Once arrived at the Gamti Mountain, the fresh air and the beauty of the wild nature will trigger you the best memorable moment that you can capture by picture. You will have free time up to 1 hour, which you can spend it as you wish.

After this beautiful adventure, we will return in Tirana and drop you off at the same place where we picked you up.

IMPORTANT: For the climb to Mount Gamti, sports shoes and suitable clothing are required. Please, in the case that you are facing any issues with climbing ask your Guide in order to avoid to take the path in you are not in the condition to do it or even if you encounter difficulties during the climb or due to the time of year you are traveling, the heat may affect your performance, please consult the relevant guide.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
