From the moment you step aboard, our highly trained crew and marine guides are on hand to ensure an exceptional day on the Great Barrier Reef.
Your journey to the outer reef is up to a 90-minute voyage. Along the way, you'll receive a full briefing on the day's activities and snorkelling conditions.
With up to two hours snorkelling on the reef, your captain will select the most favourable sites of the day - chosen for the best visibility and conditions within the Outer Great Barrer Reef.
Whether you're a season snorkeller or a first-timer, our guides will support you every step of the way. They'll point out the best places to explore and help you identify the vibrant marine like that surrounds you.
After you snorkel, relax on the deck as we cruise back to Cairns.

• Special Notes for Introductory Divers:
All divers must complete a questionnaire prior to travel - available on the Tusa website. A history of certain medical conditions and/or prescription medicines may preclude you from scuba diving, and a doctor’s release (arranged prior to your trip) may be required. Tusa Dive recommends a wait of 24 hours after diving before flying or ascending over 300 meters.
• Photographs cost extra. The tour operator uses a subcontractor to take photographs on board and so this operates as a separate company and all payments for photographs are paid directly to the company on board the day trip.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
