• Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time for check-in, as departures are on time.
• The sightseeing tour is subject to weather and sea conditions. In the event of bad weather, the activity may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons, and you will receive a full refund for the experience.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• The use of the life vest is obligatory during water activities.
• It is recommended to bring a swimsuit and a towel. The use of sunscreen is not allowed during the activity.
Arrive at the meeting point, El Asta Bandera, in downtown Cozumel. It's next to the ferry terminal and has two golden eagles and the flagpole. The Cozumel Tastic team will be there to check you in and take you to the activity.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
