I'm a native Mandarin (also Shanghainese) speaker currently studying at a university in the US, back in Shanghai for the summer. I am now working in Lujiazui on weekdays. I've been the confused foreigner staring at a menu abroad, so I really understand your feelings.
Here's how it works: I'll pick a local restaurant that fits your taste, get us a table, translate the full menu, order for you, and handle any back-and-forth with the staff. Then we sit down and have lunch together.
If you're short on time, I also offer a quick 20-minute option: I meet you at whatever restaurant you've already chosen, read the menu, and get your order sorted. ¥50, no fuss.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
