Factory visits are subject to availability and depend on each factory’s operating schedule. We will do our best to arrange two visits, but they may not be the exact factories you most prefer.
By booking this tour, you acknowledge and accept this flexibility, and agree to respect our arrangements regarding the factory visits.
For the wholesale markets, you may select any two markets you would most like to visit, and we will arrange the itinerary accordingly.

  • Convenient Pickup: Pickup and drop-off from anywhere in Hangzhou city. Your dedicated staff will confirm pickup details the evening before.
  • Group Size: 1-12 people (larger groups may inquire about custom options).
  • Language: Guided in your selected language for a smooth experience.
  • Tour Duration: Approximately 10 hours.
  • Tickets: Two factory visits, and two wholesale markets visits.
  • One local snack & drink will be provided during the day.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
