Passengers must redeem tickets at least 20 minutes before sailing. Ticket redemption closes 10 minutes before departure, and the boarding gate closes 5 minutes prior. Late arrivals will result in ticket cancellation with no refund or compensation.

For safety, the observation deck may close temporarily during adverse weather conditions.
