Day 2: Sky-High Thrills & Ancient Water Town
Check out and drive to Tianmen Mountain. Ride the cable car above the clouds and gaze down at the serpentine "Heaven-Linking Avenue". Enjoy a quick lunch on the summit, then brave the cliff-hugging glass walkway and Tianmen Cave.
In the afternoon, journey to Furong Ancient Town. Wander through stilt houses cascading down the waterfall-lit cliffs. In the evening, check into a riverside lodge, where your trip concludes.
