Start: Meeting point inside East Palace Gate | End: Marble Boat
Your guide meets you at East Palace Gate. This 2.5-hour tour visits Hall of Benevolence and Longevity, Hall of Jade Ripples, Hall of Joyful Longevity, Long Corridor, Hall of Dispelling Clouds and Tower of Buddhist Incense. Hear stories about imperial history, architecture and corridor paintings. The route is fixed. You may depart freely at Marble Boat.
Package 5: Admission Ticket + Boat Cruise Experience + On-site Guided Tour
Package includes Summer Palace entry ticket and Kunming Lake boat ride.
Start: Marble Boat Dock | End: South Lake Island Dock
Sail across Kunming Lake and admire Wanshou Hill, Tower of Buddhist Incense, pavilions, willows and lotus flowers. Arrive at South Lake Island to view the Seventeen-Arch Bridge. No separate boat ticket queueing, great for families and groups. Boat services operate seasonally and may suspend in strong winds or heavy rain per on-site notices.
