ZIPCITY is the world's third-longest urban zip line, launching from a 60-meter dedicated launch tower and reaching speeds of up to 55 kilometers per hour.
【Special Note】: Please clearly specify your appointment time when placing your order. Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and will need to re-queue.
【Child Policy】: One adult must accompany every four children (under 12 years old). Any passenger under 18 must have a guardian over 18 sign the liability waiver and consent form on their behalf.
【Weight Restriction】: Weight limit is 30-100 kg (66-220 lbs).
【Height Restriction】: Height limit is 90-200 cm (35-79 in).
【Important Reminder】: Arrive at the ticket counter 30 minutes early to exchange tickets, complete admission procedures, and prepare for the flight.
【Attire/Baggage Requirements】:
* Wear well-fitting long pants or knee-length shorts, and sneakers with laces or flat shoes.
* Tie back long hair and remove glasses or wear the provided glasses strap.
* Do not wear hats or other headwear. Remove dangling jewelry such as earrings and necklaces. Avoid wearing long accessories like shawls or scarves.
* Long skirts, short skirts, open-toe shoes, high heels, or flip-flops are not recommended.
* Avoid bringing large items or luggage into the facility.
【ZIPLINE REQUIREMENTS】: During the activity, all guests must comply with ZIPCITY's safety policies and procedures and follow staff instructions.
【PHYSICAL AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS】: The ZIPCITY tour/experience is an “active participation” activity. It is not suitable for individuals with back or knee issues (recent/chronic). Participants must be able to raise their arms above their heads. ZIPCITY does not recommend participation for pregnant individuals, those prone to dizziness, epilepsy sufferers, or persons with any physical impairments. Individuals with heart conditions or hypertension should consult a physician before booking.
【Weather Conditions】: ZIPCITY operates normally in both sunny and rainy weather. Refunds will not be issued for general local weather conditions. Notification will be provided in the event of severe weather or wind speeds/directions that do not meet industry standards.

The zip line features five independent tracks, accommodating up to five riders side-by-side simultaneously. Launching from a dedicated 60-meter-high tower, riders traverse 388 meters above the cityscape at speeds reaching up to 55 kilometers per hour, with each run lasting approximately 40 seconds. Daytime experiences offer 360-degree panoramic views of the Grand Lisboa, Cotai Strip's Golden Strip, and the iconic replica of the Macau Palace, capturing the cityscape in its entirety. Nighttime experiences feature world-class sensory lighting, sound effects, and phantom projections, immersing riders in the city's nightscape for a more breathtaking sensory journey.

If the zip line activity is canceled due to inclement weather or other supplier reasons, customers will receive a full refund.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
