Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated if the participant can board the boat via the 2 to 3 steps
It is a 5 to 7 minute walk from the check-in kiosk to the catamarans
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
Please plan accordingly to arrive 40 minutes prior to the departure time. If you are not checked in at least 10 minutes prior to departure, you may lose your seat.
Please park at the resort, then walk around the right hand side to the kiosk for check-in.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
