Description

We will get in the Chagres Jungle which has an Indigenous village in, that kindly welcome us and let us have an Splash of experiences with them. It also includes going to a Waterfall!
We would pick you up at your location around 8 - 9 a.m to drive you out of the city, to then get in the Chagres Rainforest. While we are on the way, you will have a panoramic view of rural aeras as well as we will stop to gather some Panamenians delicacies such as fruits.

Once we arrive, the indigenous men take us thru a trip for around 20 minutes with a traditional canoe to swim in the "Heart of the Rainforest" which is an amazing waterfall. After a period of time, we visit the Native community where the Indigenous people kindly welcome us with music and dances.

The tour includes and Speech about their culture with a local and English translation all the time. Also includes a traditional Indigenous lunch which is a fried fish (Tilapia) and patacones (green plantain). After lunch, the women bring the fruits in slices to taste them perfectly. You will also have available bottles of water all the time.

After lunch, they provide to us a cultural presentation of dances y music. Then you have open time to walk around the community and take incredible pictures! We are getting back around 2 - 3 p.m.

  • There is an extra fee of 25.00usd for the Indigenous community. It can be paid directly to the driver with cash or credit card.
  • This is an entry fee which has to be paid directly to the community the day of the tour.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
