Boarding is possible from 30 minutes before departure.
Please look for the dock "Alte Börse". Our ship "Heiterkeit" is waiting on the river. It is located near the S-Bahn station "Hackescher Markt". The ship always arrives about 25 minutes before departure. Please show your voucher to the staff. The earlier you arrive, the more free seats you will find. You are guaranteed a seat, but you may not be able to get together if you arrive at the last minute. Unfortunately, the ship cannot wait for guests who are late. Please inquire how to get to the ship before the tour starts.

NOT INCLUDED
- Food and beverages on board. Available on board for an additional charge.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
