Children under the age of 2 years get free entry
The access area is not yet barrier-free, but people with disabilities and wheelchair users can still ride. There is space for a normal wheelchair in the gondolas and the service staff will help you get on. Barrier-free ramps have now been installed.
The Ferris wheel is located at Cologne Zoo on the meadow in front of the aquarium. Simply go to the ticket office of the Ferris wheel, where your digital ticket will be scanned at the entrance.
