Day 01 Addis Ababa - Gondar - Simien Mountains
Fly to Gondar on Ethiopian Airline. Continue by car to the Simien Mountains National Park for an afternoon of birding. Bird species seen in the Simien Mountains are Chestnut-naped Francolin, Lanner Falcon, Lammergeier (Bearded Vulture), White-collared pigeon, and Abyssinian Longclaw.

Day 02 Simien Mountains - Gondar
Early morning birding in the Simien Mountains National Park. Drive to Gondar. Following lunch, birding in the Gondar area. In addition to some unique bird species are three mammals endemic to Ethiopia, the Gelada monkey, Ethiopian Wolf, and Walia Ibex.

Day 03 Gondar - Bahar Dar
Morning departure for Bahar, stopping halfway at the lakeside town of Fogera for birding. Look for such species as Black-crowned Cranes, Little Stint, and Three-banded Plover. Arrive at Bahar Dar for dinner.
Overnight Hotel
Day 04 Bahar Dar
A day of birding on Lake Tana spotting a variety of water birds. Return to Bahar Dar before evening.
Day 05 Bahar Dar - Addis Ababa
Fly to Addis Ababa to join another tour or check in for your next destination or international flight.
