Description

Blend your own bottle of wine with a winemaker or group sommelier in a fun and informative wine blending workshop. Find out about the art of getting the mix right, and take home a bottle of the unique wine that you blend yourself.
Visit the first winery to launch in Brisbane since 1860 and work with the winemaker or group sommelier to blend up your own bottle of wine. Discover the venue's signature Gerler wines that are named after the city’s last winemaker and viticulturist, Carl Gerler, and largely made onsite by acclaimed winemaker, Dave Cush.

To get there, take a mere 4-minute drive from Brisbane CBD. Once at the venue, find a fully functioning micro-winery, cellar door, and restaurant with private dining for groups up to 20 people.

Then, begin your fun and informative session that combines wine tasting with winemaking principles. Learn about the various elements that go into blending a bottle of wine — such as whole bunch, pressings, and half-whole bunch — and the art of getting the mix right. Finally, bottle and seal your own unique blend, label it, and have it signed by the winemaker.
