All passengers must be 130cm tall to ride. No refunds will be issued in the event a passenger is found to be too short to ride less than 24 hours from departure.
Some weather conditions may prevent us from safely reaching the Great Barrier Reef. In this event, we will offer an alternative itinerary visiting some other spectacular iconic destinations within the Whitsunday Islands.
The bushwalk to Hill Inlet Lookout is graded moderate and consists of many stone steps. Comfortable shoes and a reasonable level of fitness are advised.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
