- Wanderers Walk at Mossman Gorge includes a 'welcome to country', by the local indigenous tribe, followed by a guided walk lead by your Sacred Owl Tours guide. The walk through the Daintree Rainforest takes visitors along the boardwalks that run through the rainforest canopy, across bridges and along easy to walk tracks to lookouts, swimming holes and viewing areas throughout the Daintree Rainforest.

- Welcome to Country with the local indigenous tribe. Your guide will demonstrate traditional plant use, identifies bush food sources, and provides an enchanting narrative of the rainforest and their special relationship with this unique tropical environment. Discover traditions like making bush soaps and ochre painting. At the end of the tour, enjoy traditional bush tea and damper – the perfect treat after your journey.

We start the day with a scenic coastal drive through some of the most inspiring scenery in the world, the winding road travels through the tropical rainforest and along secluded beaches.

Our first stop of the day is the Daintree Rainforest Crocodile and Wildlife River Cruise, we jump aboard ‘Solar Whisper’ the only zero emission boat on the Daintree River. This whisper quiet boat can glide quietly up to crocodiles and other wildlife without scaring them or hurting their habitat. This boat is fitted with the unique “Croc Cam” to help show well camouflaged crocodiles and wildlife, this beautiful experience practices true Eco Tourism.

Nestled in the World Heritage Listed Daintree Rainforest, is our next stop is the Daintree Rainforest at Mossman Gorge.

Your ‘welcome to country’ is offered by an experienced interpretive Indigenous guide, that demonstrates traditional plant use and a body paint whilst providing an enchanting narrative of the rainforest and their special relationship with this unique tropical environment.

After your welcome to country, your Sacred Owl Tours guide will then lead you through the Daintree Rainforest, showcasing the unique plants, animals and features of the rainforest.

Enjoy a delicious fresh lunch and some free time to swim in the crystal-clear waters. Mossman Gorge stream is surrounded by large granite boulders, these rocks contain a percentage of quartz, these waters are known to be healing to your body, mind and soul.

Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
