Trinity Inlet is a State Marine Park, this natural habitat has numerous deep holes, mudflats, snags, and drop-offs making it a great location to catch a variety of fish species.
The Cairns Estuary area has over 100kms of waterways just at our backdoor, so let us show you our backyard.
Common species fish caught (but not limited too) of fish when Fishing in The Cairns Inlet are Fingermark, Mangrove Jack, Estuary Cod species Gold Spotted & Black Spotted, Javelinfish (locally known as Grunter), Threadfin including Blue & King, Queenfish (Queenies), Trevally species including GT’s (Giant Trevally) and Golden, Bream, Tarpon, Jewfish, Hairtails, Mud Crabs and ‘Every Cairns fisherman’s dream’ … Barramundi! (NOTE Fish species are seasonal).
We supply on all our charters all top quality rods & reels, all bait (dead/live) & tackle, along with bottles of water and you will be guided by our experienced fishing guide.
The gear we supply is PENN 460 slammers reel on a 8-10 kg ugly stick with 10 kg mono fishing line. If you prefer you can bring along your own fishing gear.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
