1 Day Trekking in Chiang Rai (boat trip)
Embark on a 1-day trekking, boat trip, and long-tail motorboat ride along the scenic Mae Kok River to the national park. Have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, start walking into the forest, passing bamboo and rubber trees.
Start walk at the tea plantation, then walk to the second largest waterfall in Chiang Rai Province (Huay Kaew Waterfall), where you can swim and relax. After waterfall walk to the Akha and Lahu hill tribe villages to learn about their way of life, then return to the hotel by car.
Total walking time is approximately 3 - 4 hours.
