Description

During this private experience, you will uncover the secrets behind Belgian chocolate—its processes, quality, and more—while savouring artisanal chocolate from four different top chocolatiers.
We welcome you to our shop in the historical heart of Ghent, just around the corner from Gravensteen Castle. For 2 hours you will be indulging in the finest Belgian artisanal chocolates within the authentic setting of this 16th century building.

During this tasting experience, we will guide you through the entire chocolate-making process, from the cacao bean to the chocolate bar or bonbon. Each step is paired with a chocolate or cacao product. You'll gain insights into the chocolatiers, sustainability, food pairing, and more. As this is a fully private experience, we can tailor it to your personal chocolate interests and address all your questions.

By the end of this tasting, you will have a comprehensive understanding of how Belgian chocolate is made, enabling you to recognise top-quality chocolate.
