Arrive 15 minutes before pickup.
All participants must be able to hike for 20 minutes.
Children must be a minimum of 40 inches in height.
The weight capacity for the kayak is 200lbs, and the zip waistline is maximum 40 inches.
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You must fill out a travel information form
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
Masks are required while indoors
For cruise guests, proceed to terminal one to the street side and check in with V.i.V. staff, or proceed to Tourism Auto Transport pin location.
Guests staying at hotels are picked up at the hotel, please be waiting 15 minutes before arrival time.
Guests arriving from the island meet at the San Pedro Belize Express Terminal in Belize City. Just look for the V.i.V. sign
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
