Because this sightseeing tour starts very early and we will travel to El Alto, reaching approximately 4,095 meters above sea level, we recommend that participants have breakfast before starting the activity and stay well hydrated. For those who are not used to the height, the change in altitude can cause discomfort, dizziness, or a feeling of weakness. Because of this, it is important to eat properly and take the tour at a relaxed pace.
