If you've always wanted to try rock climbing but haven't due to a lack of equipment, time, or a climbing partner, you're not alone—we had the same concerns. We weren't sure if we'd be good at it, didn't have the necessary gear, and struggled to find time. Plus, we didn't know anyone who could show us the basics. We weren't professionals either, but now we're very experienced and want to share the joy of climbing with everyone who faced the same obstacles we did at the start. Climbing is a full-body workout that builds your confidence, trains your focus, and helps you look great in photos. Plus, it's a perfect excuse to escape the hustle and bustle of Sarajevo's city crowds and do something different in Sarajevo rather than regular sightseeing. Just a short drive from the city center, you'll find a Sarajevo climbing site called Dariva. This is a great place for your first climbing experience. Your instructors will give you brief instructions on the basics of rock climbing, safety, and equipment usage, and they will provide you with a harness, climbing shoes, and a helmet. The guides are experienced climbers, so you can learn to climb in a safe and controlled environment. Don't worry—they climb with guests using a style called "top rope," where the rope runs from your instructor, who belays you through an anchor at the top of the climb and back down to your harness. This allows you to focus on movement, technique, and strengthening instead of worrying about falling. Create a great memory of your vacation.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
