The orphanage is a non-profit organization that rescues and hand-rears orphaned and abandoned baby elephants, with the goal of eventually releasing them back into the wild alongside other elephants. Helicopter Horizons is delighted to be supporting this incredible organisation. In an ideal world there would be no animals in captivity, which is why every little bit helps when supporting the conservation efforts of those involved in animal welfare and rehabilitation. This excursion includes return helicopter transfers, interaction with orphaned elephants guided by informed and knowledgeable handlers and a donation to the organisation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Experience scheduled around either morning or afternoon visit, leaving Maun at 08:00 or 15:00.
Total duration including flights is approximately 2-hour experience, 1-hour of which will be a guided experience with expert elephant handlers.
Includes a donation to the cause, return doors-on helicopter transfers and Elephant Havens guided visit.
Flight times are approximate and may change due to weather, air traffic, aircraft maintenance or other unforeseen operational circumstances. If a suitable alternative time or date cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.
The pilot's narration during the flight is available in English only.
Guests can bring a camera bag and equipment on the flight.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
