unique experience in the Rocinha Favela. we will enjoy incredible views, visit social projects and immerse ourselves in the local culture.
We will begin the experience using the community's transportation system called Moto Taxi. We will go to the top of the favela to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city, where we will talk about the social contrast and construction of the favela. In the second phase, we will visit two social projects that generate impact through struggle and art and talk about their historical basis. In the third phase, we will enter the alleys to understand the lives of the locals and immerse ourselves in the local culture. I believe this is the best part. In the last moment, we will have a meal and understand what the economic structure of the place is like.
This immersive activity started 5 years ago with the aim of reaching people from all over the world and changing people's mindsets through a unique experience inside the favela, and throughout the experience I take photos and videos so that you can remember this moment of connection with another culture.

The customer must wear shorts or appropriate sports clothing and sneakers.
This tour involves a 3 hour walk, so a moderate level of fitness is required.
Our meeting point is at the Sao Conrado metro station, access A. The guide will pick you up at the station door. The place is safe and has cameras.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
