Get to know Footvolley, a sport that is a fever in Rio de Janeiro. A lesson with the inventors of the sport, on the net where the sport originated and which has revealed several champions.
Experience the practice of one of the fastest growing sports in the world, Footvolley, in the exact place where the sport was invented, in the world's first footvolley school, the ACAF - Associação Carioca de Futevôlei. 100% regularized and operating in the same place since 1982.

Location: Copacabana Beach, opposite Constante Ramos Street.

All the teachers have a degree in Physical Education and are former professional footvolley athletes.

Experiences for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Immersion in the history of the sport. Participants will receive a brief summary of the sport's beginnings, how it came about and how it evolved to become the fever it is today.

Warm-up: Our team will carry out physical warm-up activities applied to the sport.

Technical Fundamentals: You will learn the basics of the 4 main fundamentals of the sport: serve, reception, lift and attack.

Game: At the end of the activity, you will have free time to practice the sport. Our professionals will balance the teams to make the game attractive and competitive.
