Explore pristine beaches, walk through preserved stretches of the Atlantic Forest, and refresh yourself in a waterfall with natural pools. A perfect trekking experience for those who want to see some of the most beautiful scenery in Paraty in a single day
Tour:
**Departure:** Vila Oratório at **7:00 AM**.
Our hike begins through the Atlantic Forest towards the charming **Sono Beach**, known for its extensive stretch of sand and crystal-clear waters.
Next, we continue to the paradisiacal **Praia dos Antigos** and **Praia de Antiguinhos**, two preserved jewels of the Juatinga Reserve.
To end the day, we visit the **Cachoeira das Galhetas**, where three natural freshwater pools provide the perfect rest before returning.
**Return:** on foot or by speedboat (optional)
Optional lunch in Ponta Negra, or you can bring your own snack.

The hiking tour requires fitness, steep climbs and descents, and slippery terrain.
Meeting point: Paraty Bus Terminal. The guide will contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp after booking to confirm all the details. On the day of the activity, the guide will be waiting at the terminal at the agreed time and will be easily identified.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
