Small Group to Silk Island and Udong Mountain

Climbing up the mountain in the morning with an experienced guide after leaving the city approximately at 8am, having lunch by Mekong river before visiting a small community of Silk Farm at Koh Dach.
This is a small group tour that will lead by a very good experience tour leader who will provide you a lot of details during the tour.
The tour will start at 8am from Phnom Penh city then will drive about an hour by air-conditioned Van to see the mountain. The mountain itself called Udong Mountain which is the former capital of Cambodia before Phnom Penh. When you arrive at the entrance the tour leader will process to get the ticket and then walk up within 500 steps. The Length of the mountain walk path on the top is about 1kms long from north to south. After seeing very stunning view of the top, then you will walk down with the tour leader to see one of the biggest Buddhis Centre and then drive for 5kms to see the smiting village. This place where you can see many locals are working at their home to produce the handicrafts that made from silver and copper. From the mountain to Silk Island you will drive about an hour crossing the bridge and Mekong river by the ferry but it is just close to the city. The tour leader will pay the entrance fees and boat tickets for round trip. Inside the silk farm you will get to understand the whole process of silk scarf and skirt by a tour guide which is included the tour fee. There is a sourvineur shop where you can purchase original hand made but no pushing. Lunch will be at a local restaurant or skip it if you brought some snacks from the city.
