• Bears usually hibernate between November and April
• The minimum recommended age for this tour is 12 years old. Guests 5 and under are unable to join our small group tours.
• The high alpine lakes of Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake can remain frozen into early June
• This tour requires a minimum number of participants in order to run and in the event that the tour cannot run due to participant levels, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or you will receive a full refund

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
