For the best experience, we limit your group size to 1-25 guests per guide, 26-50 guests per 2 guides, and so forth. The price of the tour will be higher if you need more guides.
We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for 1-4 people, or in a large van for groups of 5+ people. You can book a 5-people tour for a larger car.
Weather conditions can change rapidly & vary widely from season to season at Niagara Falls. Dress appropriately & note that you, your clothes & personal belongings can get wet during sightseeing.
The Maid of the Mist runs from late April to early November. The guide will not accompany you on this cruise.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
