• Photography with flash and video recording is permitted in most permanent galleries for personal use only, with hand-held equipment
• Pets are not permitted in the Museum. Service animals, such as seeing eye dogs, are exempt
• Food of any type is not permitted in the Museum galleries
• An exhibition ticket includes general admission plus entry to the exhibition
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
All participants who are over 12 years old must present proof of full vaccination
All participants must also bring a valid form of ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, identity card, student card, etc)
Enter through Michael Lee-Chin Bloor Street or Weston Queen’s Park Entrances. Check in at the ROM Admissions Desk upon arrival at the Museum.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
