- Leafs and Raptors dressing rooms are NOT available on their respective home games days. If this is an important inclusion to you, please check the game schedule prior to booking.
- Each visitor obtains a 10% discount at Real Sports and Real Sports Apparel. Valid on the day of the tour, by presenting your ticket at the store counter.
- In order for all visitors to fully enjoy their Scotiabank Arena experience, visitors are asked to refrain from shouting, running and otherwise behaving in a rowdy manner.
- Small bags permitted. No luggage is allowed. There is no bag check available.
- Non-commercial photography is permitted.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Scotiabank Arena. Water bottles are the only exception.
- Strollers will be allowed on tours.
Enter through the Galleria and there will be a check-in kiosk for the tours by Gate 1.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
